The title of HANACHA STUDIO collection is The Furtniture Adventure. Under the theory of Bauhaus, this season I focused on the aesthetic of modern funitire during 20th Century including Charlotte Perriand(1903-1999) who was a French architect and designer and Le Corbusier(1887 – 27 August 1965) who was a Swiss-French architect, designer and one of the pioneers of what is now regarded as modern architecture so on.
Their furniture designs are a reflection of the human body, with a combination of formal simplicity and modernism. Charlotte Perriand once mentioned that their chair designs were directly related to the position of the human body, as well as the requirements of architecture, setting, and prestige.
Le Corbusier, a renowned designer of popular furniture items like the LC4 Chaise Lounge Chair and the ALC-3001 chair, has significantly inspired this season’s Hanacha Studio silhouette. The studio has extracted design elements from the curved and steamed lines along with the geometric shapes of Le Corbusier’s work.
